a bright future

I have struggled every day in my life. 

But at the end of it all, they are just lessons learned.

When maturity hits,

It does so like a ton of bricks. 

And once you've been exposed to the truth

About everything,

Your life will never be the same...

You try to be happy,

But all you know how to do is 

hide all your emotions with a fake smile. 

Except, there's always a chance for an easier life.

Before that occurs, 

I have to learn the hardest lesson of all: 

Letting go of toxic people who impede my peace. 

Then I will be attracting only positivity, 

And I can move forward.
